Such an amazing article! I have tried to practice meditation many times, but due to the pace of my life and constant anxiety I cannot relax and breathe properly. Various thoughts constantly creep into my head. There is a constant feeling that I am late somewhere, and I must rather run somewhere, do something. no matter how hard I try, I can't relax. Could you give some advice on what to do in such a situation? How to drive away thoughts from yourself and help yourself just breathe?
