Before this first meeting, I ask you to fill out an intake form to help me prepare for and make the best use of our time together. I will discuss my findings with you, my thought process for why you have the symptoms that you do, and how to remove the cause of the symptoms and get you feeling better. I make detailed recommendations to help your reach your goals and the level of health you desire.
