Sarcopenia is the Age-Related loss of Muscle Strength, Function, and actual Contractile-Fibers, therefore, Muscle Mass.

Obviously, our body composition changes with age. Our fat-mass increases, notably the Visceral Fat; referring to the body fat that is stored within the Abdominal-Cavity, therefore, held around the Internal Organs.

While, the Lean-Functional-Muscle-Mass decreases; lowering our caloric expenditure.

Preserving Our Muscle Tissue and the health thereof will ensure as we all advance in age that we are able to sustain our self-sufficiency.



To stay in shape, you need to constantly keep your body and mind in order. This is a lot of work and it is important to understand that the result of your work must be supported by additional efforts.
