The knowledge of one’s own mind is neither a religion nor philosophy. Even though contemplative traditions existed for millennia in spiritual context, the nature of one’s own mind can be explored regardless one’s religious, moral, or scientific believes. Mind cannot be directly observed from outside, therefore, we need contemplative methods to observe it from inside. Certain things are invisible just because we don’t know where to look, what to notice, and lack proper instruments. Meditation is a way to develop mental optics as well as a skill how to use it.
In a crystal intention layout session, we’ll work on a special focused intention crystal layout along with other healing techniques to re-align energetic frequencies,re-tune emotions, and/or remove possible energetic blockages. This therapy allows for soul learning, healing, personal and spiritual growth. We’ll create a crystal healing plan focusing on the intention of your choice and needs. You’ll also receive a digital image of your layout for you to keep close and continue/expand the healing process.

Hatha yoga offers a good contrast to our busy lives as it provides the opportunity to unwind, stretch, and ease away the tension of your day. Hatha Yoga has been shown to have many calming and well-being benefits.
My classes last 30 minutes and will start with a gentle warm-up then advance to more physical asanas (poses). The class ends with Savasana (the pose of total relaxation). Casses are suitable for beginners. My classes are currently held via Zoom.
