With it being reported that approximately 25 million workdays are being lost for stress, depression, and anxiety in recent years, taking care of mental health in the workplace is becoming increasingly important. Research shows that meditation can lessen stress, anxiety, insomnia, among many other things. It can also enhance focus, creativity, and productivity.

We offer bespoke programmes for workplaces, offices, and work from home - including regular pre-work, post-work, or lunchtime sessions, corporate away days, and one-off meditation workshops.

Sessions can be upwards from 30 minutes in length depending on your preference.

Prices are £80 up to a group of 15 people per hour and £7 per additional person.

I offer you emotional coaching in an individual session. During the session I will individually address your problems and work with you to find solutions.

Especially when dealing with emotional problems, I can support you in finding new ways to view things, because just by looking at a problem in a new way, the situation can change. Just talking and being heard can be very helpful and contribute a lot to healing. Emotional happiness can emerge and this can lead to a more fulfilling life.

During the session I will support you with the energy of the Lemurian crystals that are in my hand chakras. This will help you release what is currently ready to go into healing on the emotional, physical and/or psychological level. With the crystals in my hand chakras, I can clear holograms, such as illness, lack, curses, abuse, emotional issues or curses, and painful memories. This supports the healing process on a multidimensional level.
