By having the war-free DNA activated it will become much easier for you to live a war-free life.This is the victory over war on all levels. It will bring happiness and lightness into your life. A lot of oppression is released that was anchored through all past wars in our DNA. Through this you will experience so much peace and stillness in your life. The violence around you will become less and less. The healing of war experiences can be supported by this activation in an energetic way. All the wars have frozen us and made us cold. This will be released. You will become alive again! And it will become easier for you to live your life to the fullest.
You can hang this code also in your closets, so that all the suffering, oppression from the fashion industry is released from your clothes. Please have as many pieces of papers as you have closets and a pen ready and I will activate the code for your closets.

A 1:1 Kundalini Yoga session
For beginners or experienced yoga students.
Kundalini Yoga starts with mantra to tune into sacred space, pranayama (breathwork) a kriya (the yoga movements) a meditation usually with mantra chanting and followed by a deep relaxation.
Kundalini Yoga taught correctly is safe and positively transformational.
Excellent for anxiety, stress, mental wellness and spiritual growth.
I offer a non-judgemental and collaborative approach to therapy. In the sessions we work with integrative psychotherapy, which is a short term therapy that takes about 5-15 sessions. It is an integrated approach that combines a number of therapy styles and techniques that allow flexibility and assures you with long term results. In the sessions we focus on your existing inner potentials so that you can find your solutions in yourself. It will help you discover the reasons behind your stress and will help you find balance in your life.
Counseling sessions can be conducted fact-to-face and in-person. Some people prefer the "personal touch." These sessions usually begin after an intake session has been completed. Sessions last approximately 50-60 minutes and focus on your personal mental health or couple-based need. All sessions are private and confidential.
