I wanted to chat a little bit about an experience I had today with a client, and it's a conversation I have pretty regularly, so I though I'd talk a little bit about it and share some of my thoughts and sentiments with you as well.
So, this morning, I had a young lady whom I had the pleasure to get to know, and she was sharing her narrative with me, as well as some of her medical issues. As a result, this young lady is infected with Lyme disease. She has Epstein-Barr virus, adrenal and thyroid tiredness, mold toxicity, hormonal abnormalities, leaky gut, and various allergies.
So, when I was speaking with her, the first thought that came to mind was that we are energy beings first and foremost, and that we create from invisible realms, which subsequently develop into something physical. I was curious as to what had transpired in her life and what the circumstances were surrounding all of these different ailments being a part of her story.
And as we got to know each other more, it became clear that this young woman had experienced a terrible event throughout her adolescence that had progressively crept into her brain, her belief systems, and eventually manifested in her body.
It began to deplete her immune system at first. She was getting various illnesses, but as the infection progressed, it made her body more susceptible to other diseases, so she was now in her early twenties with all of these issues. So my biggest takeaway from this is to really share with my clients and live my life in such a way that I understand that at the end of the day, physical ailments and all of these things that manifest in the body are not separate from what we believe and all of the things that are running in our subconscious spaces - those places in us our belief systems all of the different types of emotional experiences and traumas that we've had in our lives.
So, if we're not willing to look at those places, one way or another, and this can be done in a variety of ways, it's very difficult to release and let go of a physical ailment or problem.
So what I tell people who connect with me is that it's critical to look at those unseen places, and there are a variety of ways to do so. And, to tell you the truth, it can be done in a very gentle manner. There's no need to add to the trauma by thinking about past experiences or different types of stuck spots we might have.
So it can be done very softly and kindly, but my point today is that it is critical to look at those portions and bring healing and awareness to those areas. Bringing those things that are in the subconscious into mindfulness, into the conscious mind, and providing room for it to have a voice, and to have a place to genuinely resolve and heal, so that those things that are holding on.
We can call poison anything we want, and disease whatever we want; the reality is that at the end of the day, we must bring those subconscious areas into the light and into the present now. And we don't have to look at every single one of them because, as far as I can determine, the vast majority of them are linked to only a few key locations that need to be accessed and examined again.
And that usually results in relatively quick healing, so that's my takeaway for today. And I'm thrilled to be a part of this young lady's path, to truly assist her in receiving the health she desires, rather than feeling compelled to see many physicians and be given so many things she can't even stomach.
She's being detoxed and she can't manage it, so my strategy will be to first build her up, to strengthen her immune system, reduce inflammation in her body, and then work with her on her attitude, energetic field, and energetic places so that she can feel safe and loved.
And now that a lot of stuff's in her foundation and she's feeling more tonified and full, we can start progressively detoxifying her and removing some of the toxicity that's been building up for a long time.
So, if you want to learn more or have any questions, please don't hesitate to ask. This is my passion, and I want to share it with others and help as many people as possible. We're talking about complete prevention and well-being here. This isn't even applying a natural band-aid!
