Discard, Freeze or Give Away Your Party Leftovers!
One of my regular customers was struggling with Super Bowl leftovers. She didn’t want to eat them but she didn’t want to be wasteful either.
Unfortunately, she was afraid she was going to binge eat everything leftover and she had already eaten too much on Super Bowl Sunday.
She asked for suggestions. Mine might not be the most popular but you have to decide do I gain more weight or do I lose the temptation? Here are a few suggestions that might help you get through your next party:
Have ziplock bags and inexpensive plastic containers available and announce to guests leaving to please help themselves to leftovers.
Freeze what can be frozen into snack sized bags and even write calorie amount on outside.
Bring them to your work – share those calories!
Least favorite – throw them away and pour something nasty on them so you don’t change your mind once they are in the trash. Yes, some people do that so don’t make a face! It’s not a popular choice to be wasteful but neither is eating everything and gaining more weight.
If you did overeat and gain some weight this weekend remember you can always do my Cabbage Soup Diet – an old time favorite that is fast and only takes 7 days for you to see actual results.
The key to this diet is following the plan. If you do need to diet this month then do my trusty 7 Day Plan. Don’t know what I’m talking about? Then click here to find out everything you need to know about the Cabbage Soup Diet Plan.
If you’d like to flavor up your soup , click here to checkout my two seasoning packs. Two great flavors, Regular and Tomato Basil, to pick from!! You will actually love eating the soup.
