We create our reality, consciously or unconsciously. Have you ever found yourself worrying so much about not being late, setting three alarms to wake up, and still ended up being late? Or, wanting something badly but deep down feeling quite convinced that you can't get it, and it indeed doesn't come your way… These are some examples of manifestation. However, the challenge isn't so much learning how to manifest something; in truth, we do it all the time. The real challenge is learning not to feel powerless and believing that we depend on luck or any external factor.
I believe there have been moments in your lives (certainly in mine) when something happened that you thought wouldn't normally occur. You know that feeling when it seems too late, things look bleak, and then, suddenly, everything turns out fine. These moments were like small miracles to me, but after some time, upon analyzing the situation, I realized that I was consciously and unconsciously altering the course of events.
I understood that we are capable of changing any situation through the power of our conscious decision. When we say, "I want this, regardless of everything, and I want it completely," the strength of such determination is much greater than we can imagine. This reminded me of the affirmation of a very successful businessman, which he repeats every morning: "Everything I desire immediately moves toward me because it's obliged to belong to me."

Principles of Manifestation:

SUPPORT YOURSELF. Reality is merely a reflection of your own support. So, if you feel like the Universe has forgotten about you and your dreams, that God has gone on vacation, then look at how you support your dreams. When we ignore our dreams, our needs, and retreat from them, we create a reality that ignores both us and everything we dream and desire.

UNWAVERING BELIEF. It's highly likely that you haven't truly desired something because deep down, you don't believe it could be yours. This is absolutely common, and there's nothing wrong with it. However, if you lack the belief that it could be yours, then it CANNOT manifest. Negative beliefs significantly block manifestation. So, dig deep within to discover your negative belief and then work on changing it.

ACCEPTANCE. BEING. Accept your new belief as the truth for you and that you have it. Just accept that it's already yours. Don't focus on why you shouldn't have it; surrender to your desire and accept it into your life. Accept that it's what you want and that you want it.
VISION. We must know exactly where we want to go. This is an important step that we cannot bypass. It's like traveling, "I'm going somewhere, but I don't know where." This could lead us to end up somewhere in the neighborhood, wondering if I couldn't find a better place. But if we know exactly where we want to go, say Hawaii, then we'll know which plane to take, etc. This works in exactly the same way with anything in life. Once we set the direction, our mind will align our actions with our goal.

CLEAR INTENTION. Focus on the goal and immerse yourself in it. According to me, the success of manifestation largely depends on this. We intend for our vision to happen according to our will. Manifestation doesn't require effort; we just need to focus on what we want. Intention gives a clear direction to our desire. When we're focused, we're telling the energy where to go. Imagine wanting to start a yoga studio, but your energy and focus are still on Facebook and chatting with friends. Although there's nothing wrong with that, the issue is that we lack the energy needed to support our dream. Every dream requires a certain amount of energy to manifest in physical reality. So, here, focus and intention play a significant role.

STRONG DESIRE. EMOTIONAL ENGAGEMENT like injecting strong emotion into the goal. Now that we know where we're going, we need something to energize the vision. If we're flying to Hawaii, we know the plane needs fuel to get there. The same applies to our vision; we need the right fuel to manifest it. Having a vision that drives us, and every time we think about it, we feel lighter and happier. These are the emotions that will take us where we want to go. When we dream and think about big things, it will help literally energize our vision.

ALIGNED ACTION. DO. Align your actions with your goal. Let's go back to our example… If you want to travel the world, you might need to save more money or have another source of income while traveling. In our example, by saving money for travel, we're aligning ourselves with achieving our dream – showing the Universe that we're confident we'll go and preparing for it by saving money.

LETTING GO. This is the step where most people stumble. We like to control things in our lives because we fear that if we don't control them, they won't happen. And that's precisely why we have to let them go. If we're attached to what we want and obsessed with having it IMMEDIATELY, then we simultaneously say that we don't believe we can have it. This undermines the principle of Unwavering Belief. By releasing when and how, you demonstrate that you believe it's already yours. Because only those who are certain of the outcome can afford to wait.

THE GOAL IS ACHIEVED, stay in it and fixate on the result. Or, don't relax too soon…

NOW RELAX…but don't linger in that vacuum for too long, instead, devise a new goal and create a new structure.
