Welcome to the "ON FIRE" transformation project!
Thank you very much for taking that first step towards changing your weight and your life.
Anyone who has ever been or still is overweight, knows that a skinny model trying to tell you how "easy" it is to lose weight, work out, stay motivated and not eat emotionally, is BS (insert eyeroll). They have no idea what we were or are going through on a daily basis. From cravings, to (self-)disappointment, guilt, shame, being called names and not feeling like people see us for who we truly are, but wanting that recognition so badly, wanting to exercise but fighting to find motivation, resisting food even though it's the only way we know how to cope, to the fears we carry inside us.. Let's be honest, nothing about losing weight is "easy".
However, not easy doesn't equal impossible. It just require a different approach.
Using the playful MentalEaty method, where we provide not only nutritional and physical techniques and challenges that are actually doable and will show you that transformation isn't just possible it's actually fully within your control, we also tackle the most important aspect, the psychology of transformation.
Over the course of 12 or 24 1.5h sessions (6 or 12 week program) we virtually connect twice a week, set our challenges, speak about struggles, measure our progress, workout, and support each other through it all. You'll pair up with a transformation buddy and go through the challenges together. No more going through this alone. The group allows for accountability and a supportive and amazingly loving safe zone, where you can speak honestly and freely and truly discover your potential, without the premise of being the "fat person" in the room, blocking you.
Every member creates a "transformation manual" for themselves, where we write down challenges, our results and make notes where necessary. And trust us, you'll want to put in a "before" picture at the beginning. Because you will be a very different, happier, healthier person at the end of this program.
Our methods have been tried and tested by our amazing and enthusiastic clients, some of which will come as guests into the group, if desired. However, we are constantly including other methods to stay at the forefront of success, such as the Kosloff method, which has also shown incredible results in settings such as this! This project is supposed to empower you to take charge of your health, once and for all. Our goal, at the end of this, is to never see you again, as a client and instead have you become a friend and a mentor to us and those just starting out.
We have a maximum of 10 Spots in each group.
As soon as we have 6 transformees, the start-date is announced and it's 3-2-1 IGNITION from there!
The cost for the 6 week program (12 sessions) is 500.- USD per Person.
We fully understand that that sounds like a lot - and the reason for that is, we don't want you to take this decision lightly. Because if you sign up, that will signal to us, that you have decided to take responsibility for where you are and commit to paying your body and health back for having kept you alive until now. It's a decision we want you to truly consider, deeply, and make out of self-love. Because you've had enough of living life this way. Ask yourself, what will be the price you pay if you don't change? What pain will you feel by staying stuck? Money will come and go. But the freedom of self-love is forever.
Before the very first group session, you'll also have to go through what we call the "fight or flight" challenge. We cannot do a squat for you. You will have to prove mainly to yourself but also to us, that you're worth fighting for. If you do, you will have a group of people and a coach that will have your back NO MATTER WHAT.

That's how I felt when I was 220lbs. And how my clients felt, too. All of us had enough of that confusion.
Enough is enough. After getting to my healthy weight (losing 88lbs in 9 months), I decided to clean up the mess. So I dove into CrossFit-methodologies, nutrition and weight-loss information, followed the science and became Precision Nutrition certified, which is the most advanced, science and client-backed educational program in the world, when it comes to nutrition. And that brought me to be able to offer this plan. We set a very realistic goal, no longer use calorie-counting as our method of keeping track because I don't want you to reduce food - that can be such an emotional comfort to some of us - to a number. It's not. It's an experience and that's why we take calories out of the equation.
It is a straightforward, manageable and clear plan, tailored to your needs , schedule, diet, job, exercise, physical metrics and other aspects of your life, taking everything into account. This plan is designed to lower your stress, not heighten it. And it will get you real, longterm, healthy results. Fullstop.
I chose to offer the plan as a standalone service, for people who might not be able to afford regular weight loss or nutrition coaching, but still want to make a very significant change and understand the basics of nutrition. My goal for you, is to raise your self-efficacy. I want you to be empowered. To know the most important information and therefore be able to make informed decisions from now on, without needing a coach (although having one always helps, for other reasons such as accountability and support) or having to rely on some bogus website on the internet, that might do more harm than good..
Ordering a plan includes an hour for introductions, questions and goals as well as a 30 minute check-in, a few weeks later - just to see how you're doing, as well as helping you to understand how to tweak it yourself for the future and answer any questions that might have come up.
By the way, if you have a child or teenager struggling with overweight or obesity, this plan can not just help you, but also improve their health greatly. I've been working with many kids and teenagers and they are truly amazing in how fast transformation happens, if the whole family commits! Having (even one-off) family sessions, where we focus on communication between all members of the family to build a strong and honest support system also has been shown to help, greatly.
