Therapy Yoga is basic breath and body movement, done mostly lying down at its introductory level.
Therapy Yoga intends to deliver what the student needs. Whether it is nervous system calm down, feeling happier in mind and in body, easier access to body abilities, improved digestion / sleep / thinking, or some other need that the student has, the goal of a Therapy Yoga class is to guide the student to a more harmonised, balanced experience of themselves and their life, which is also a great foundation for evolution of the deep self.
