About Katie Mitchell Katie received her B.S. in Psychology with minors in Neuroscience, Sociology, and Music from Baldwin Wallace University in Berea, OH. She then achieved a graduate degree in Applied Psychology from Queen's University Belfast in Northern Ireland. While abroad, Katie began to develop a global, macro-minded approach to the art of "a life well-lived". Rooted in positive psychology, she developed the initial stages of "Day 2 Coaching", which boils down to the belief that to sustain any habit, a fundamental approach is required.******** Clients who work 1:1 or in groups with Katie have shared that she possesses a "gentle grace", which enables them to open up, share, get curious, and refrain from passing judgment on their own journeys. As a presenter and lecturer, Katie has also received feedback that she's "a woman perfect to support the daughters of our current generation". Her core values in all these coaching settings are three-fold: flexibility, partnership, and time. Based out of Denver, CO, Katie runs her practice out of a brick-and-mortar building as well as virtually. She also runs a free limited coaching service available 24/7 called Text A Health Coach. |
