RTT - Rapid Transformation Therapy Hypnosis is a form of hypnosis that can help aleviate your mental health issues.

Session

Expect to be in a light REM hypnosis state where you will be seated in comfortable chair in your home. Expect to need a quiet place where you will be uninteruppted for your session. Session includes a free hypnosis transformation recording that you can use for 30 days to help solidify the new behaviors you desired in your hypnosis session.

Preparation

Be prepared to list your main concerns and general mental health history with me to help prepare for your session.
