Whether you are familiar with 1:1 sessions or not and would like to give a remote session a go, I’d be so happy to welcome you from a distance.

All you need to do is find a quiet space where you are able to relax for the length of our session. I will message you before I start and then again once the session is completed with any feedback (sensations, thoughts, images, memories etc.). I will guide you through this if it’s your first time.

Enjoy the benefits of Reiki from the comfort of your own home, especially now that we are asked to stay home.
