Here is what a recent client said about my session:
"He was consistently kind and supportive, creating a safe and nurturing space for me to explore my thoughts and feelings. However, he also challenged me to step outside of my comfort zone and push myself to grow.
Amaranatho guidance was invaluable in helping me confront and understand past experiences that had continued to impact my life."

About Amaranatho Maurice Robey A Journey of Transformation and Discovery As someone who has walked the path of self-discovery and transformation, I know how isolating and overwhelming it can feel to navigate life’s challenges. With 15 years of experience as a Buddhist monk and a trauma-sensitive approach, I’ve helped many individuals recognise peace and have a more purposeful life. I am an accredited coaching supervisor and senior practitioner of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC). I’m privileged to be working with healthcare executives as the part-time Head of Faculty and Leadership at Blend Associates, helping them develop the resilience and insight needed to thrive in demanding environments. Impactful Coaching Examples: • Currently coaching a 75-year-old PhD candidate, supporting their journey through age discrimination and tribunal processes • Training peer coaches in a Portuguese tech startup, focusing on silence, motivation, and complexity management • As a coaching supervisor, I work with a variety of coaches, retreat leaders and spiritual teachers to improve their capacity to be with the unknown, maintain professional resilience and deal with ethical issues • Pioneered the first mindfulness course for teachers at Eton College • Led over 50 residential mindfulness retreats for groups up to 100 participants • Facilitated over 100 workshops on personal and leadership growth, applying mindfulness and emotional intelligence to foster resilience, self-reflection and self-awareness. Amaranatho is the name given to me as a Buddhist monk. It serves as a reminder of what is sacred in life and honors my time as a monk, as well as all the people who supported me along the way. My work is secular and open to all viewpoints, where this is a fit for both my clients and myself. I share aspects of Buddhism only by mutual agreement with my clients. I am English living in the Netherlands with my wife and work remotely with many of my clients from around the world. I am dedicated to helping my clients awakening to their full potential and lead with confidence and compassion by staying calm and connected in complex situation. Education and Certifications: |
