Hello, my name is Charlene. I work with reading, re-balancing, and healing energy. I am an intuitive empath and psychic medium which allows me to connect with you and offer insightful healing on many levels. I have studied both Seichem Terra-Mai, a more traditional form of reiki, as well as Oceanic reiki. Oceanic reiki blends traditional reiki methods and draws upon the elements. Various tools such as shells, crystals, and sound are utilized during a guided meditation to further the impact of the healing.
Sometimes we have experiences that force us to shut down or shut off different aspects of ourselves. A lot of times in these traumatic experiences we bury or distance ourselves from our inner child because we perceive it as a necessary means to survive. It is my intention with this listed service to help you retrieve this part of yourself so that together you may reestablish and heal the bond. To be perfectly up front, this process can take some time depending on many factors unique to your history. We truly are each like an onion with many layers. Depending on the experiences you have had it can take a bit of nurturing and patience to rebuild this part of yourself to feeling completely safe and free. It is my intention in these endeavors to not only help you heal, but to also teach you how to do your own inner work for your future well-being and progress.
First we will communicate via email to schedule a virtual appointment. If you wish to share anything with me prior to our appointment for us to specifically work on feel free to email me. For the appointment you will simply need to be somewhere comfortably sitting or lying down where we can be as uninterrupted as possible.
Before our appointment I will create your chakra system out of crystals and/or shells to assist me in connecting with you as well as offer you their healing properties. We will start by me grounding and protecting us within our sacred circle. I will then connect with your spiritual team as well as mine to help you in your highest good in a way that delights your mind, body, and spirit. I will lead you on a guided meditation where we will journey together to where this energy exists inside of you, remove it, and then transmute it through love into harmonious healing energy in its stead. Afterwards if you wish we can discuss what has come through for you as well as what has come through in my channeling.

Session
We will start the session with an explanation of LIIFT UnTherapy. We will then establish a numerical baseline showing the level of life dysfunction that you want to heal. We will then follow guidance from your subconscious mind to carry out 3 or 4 healings depending on the length of time each requires. (A full session can run 6 to 16 discrete healings.) We will close by checking how your numbers have improved compared with the baseline we established earlier.

How it works: I use Shamanic Journeying tools to connect with the space and with my guide and helpers. I then remote view the house clairvoyantly and intuitively so that I can remove and transmute energies from my clients’ living or work spaces to restore energy, harmony, peace, flow, and promote growth in their home and their lives.
Once this work is completed, clients often report feeling more grounded, relaxed, energised, and that they feel more harmonious energies in the home.
Working with clients remotely, I open sacred space and commune with the House, the Land Energy, and with Spirit to intuit what is needed. I ask for information and guidance for you in relation to your space. Then I rattle and sage the home, office, or building within sacred space remotely holding the vision of the space in my mind while I shamanically journey - meaning, I go into a mild trance state - to the Spirit world or ‘non-physical reality.’
I will conduct healing and clearing of the space, for removal of that which is not serving the highest good. I usually visualise each energy that is removed, enabling me to write a report about the experience.

Hatha yoga offers a good contrast to our busy lives as it provides the opportunity to unwind, stretch, and ease away the tension of your day. Hatha Yoga has been shown to have many calming and well-being benefits.
My classes last 30 minutes and will start with a gentle warm-up then advance to more physical asanas (poses). The class ends with Savasana (the pose of total relaxation). Casses are suitable for beginners. My classes are currently held via Zoom.

Preparation
Bring some music that you find relaxing to you.
Go to the bathroom before the session so that you can lie down

You can place gemstones and crystals on your body or around you. Trust that you will receive exactly what you need at that moment.
Use your favorite essential oil. Essential oils can raise our vibration and open the chakras for further healing.
