I have studied both Seichem Terra-Mai, a more traditional form of reiki, as well as Oceanic reiki. Oceanic reiki blends traditional reiki methods and draws upon the elements. Various tools such as shells, crystals, and sound are utilized during a guided meditation to further the impact of the healing.

Before our appointment I will create your chakra system out of crystals and/or shells to assist me in connecting with you as well as offer you their healing properties. We will start by me grounding and protecting us within our sacred circle. I will then connect with your spiritual team as well as mine to help you in your highest good in a way that delights your mind, body, and spirit. I will then guide you through a meditative journey within an inner landscape designed to sooth and balance you in mind, body, and spirit. Afterwards if you wish we can discuss what has come through for you as well as what has come through in my channeling.
