Here at Life Guidance Coaching I provide an online group coaching service that is mainly aimed at woman but not exclusively who want help and support to transform and resolve any kind of conflict disagreement or discomfort they may have with another individual in their life and set new achievable goals that will empower both parties to move forward and live a more enjoyable life. key areas - Relationships Finances or Health. I offer groups of two coaching sessions that are solution focused and full of individualised tailored methods and techniques such as NLP, Intuitive Listening, Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) Colour Therapy, Conflict Resolution, Mediation and Goal Setting, and all are designed especially with the wants and desires of both parties.

1 x 2 hour face to face session (online)
6 x 90 minute online/phone sessions
1 x bullet point session summary at the end of each session per person
1 x email contact between sessions per person
Homework and Feedback - Individualised and/or Group tailored homework and feedback when necessary.

Please note that other individual and group coaching packages can also be arranged with me, if the above ones do not suit your needs.
