One-on-one therapy to bring you into balance with your Self. In my practice I use the wisdom of both Ayurveda (science of life) and Yoga (to join) in order to support clients on their paths: towards conscious relaxation, to a place where they feel more like themselves and are empowered to be in balance with their true nature and to achieve their potential.

The goal of my practice is to teach you how to relax, within your body, your Self, your Soul: to support your return to balance, recover your holistic health & increase your self-healing capacity. I always tune into the client in order to discover what is the most suitable and effective, in that moment. After the appointment you are armed with insights, a feeling of relaxation and the energy to take the steps required to achieve your potential.
During the session, you will be guided in a short meditation to feel what you need right now. You may note resistance in your body or a certain theme may arise. With the wisdom traditions of Ayurveda & Yoga, I will guide you in your search for yourself. Through asking you questions and being totally present for you, you will be able & feel safe to share what you need. I help you get to the root cause and apply healing from a distance when this is comfortable for you.
I would recommend spending some time (max 30 minutes) writing about the themes you often encounter in your life. Also considering which physical/mental/emotional/spiritual/energetic issues are familiar to you.
I am ready and waiting for you to take this next step for your health. According to Ayurveda, our health is our own responsibility.
