I do not focus on specific techniques as per se since allowing the Spirit to guide me through the healing is what provides the best outcome. I am always open to sending Reiki Energy (Usui, Tibetan, Kundalini) and channeling White Light straight from Source, as generally, people enjoy this healing.
There are no limitations. I allow the Spirit to continually work through me, stepping aside for more healing to flow freely to where necessary.
