Did you know you too are connected and surrounded by a wonderful Universe?

As the first article, I want to briefly share more about my approach to Spirituality.

I find that there is a cornerstone rule here: The essence of Spirituality is simplicity.

I do not mean poverty, lack of abundance, or adding unnecessary struggles in your life. These struggles are not simple, precisely... no, no, no... nothing negative here.

The simplicity comes in a way for me to see things and react to any life stimuli that the Universe throws at me:

• Allow negativity to pass through you, don't fight it: This is significant and comes with practice and knowing yourself well. Instead, enable yourself so that negative energy does not even alter your perception, becoming completely invisible to you.
• Find a profound connection with yourself: This is essential; your mind and Spirit are your haven and silence your healing. Self-reflection will become your way of life.
• Stay away from ego completely: When you connect with Spirit, you want to be a vessel where the information arrives to you purely.
• From here, your life will develop in ways you can't imagine.
