Hello, I hope you are well, yes it certainly does. Any kind of movement will release Serotonin (our calming hormone) and decrease our cortisol levels (stress hormone) for us to feel better immediately. Even if you do just 10 minutes per day, you will start to feel better. A lot of my clients suffer from mental health and by combining yoga, meditation and Journaling they are doing really well now.
