I will interview you about your previous medical history and what recent health concerns, complaints, or challenges you are experiencing.
I will assess your current state of health by asking detailed questions about your daily nutrition and lifestyle habits, energy levels, emotions, digestion, work, work-life balance, and relationships.
I will determine your unique mind-body-consciousness type right now. This is your Deha Prakriti in Sanskrit.

We will discuss all the various attributes of your unique mind-body-consciousness type, (Prakriti).
I will determine if there are any digestive imbalances presenting, discuss tendencies, disorders or diseases you are prone to based on your Dosha type(s), and long-term prevention methods.
I will create simple and practical recommendations tailored to your specific mind-body-consciousness type to follow for 3 - 4 weeks.
I will check in with you regularly for accountability, to motivate, provide support and answer any questions.

If there are any long-term improvements, lasting results, or relief from signs and symptoms.

Sorry to hear about your severe back pain.
The Ayurvedic health and well-being approach assesses your current state of health to detect if there are any imbalances presenting.
If there are any imbalances presenting, the aim is to get to the root cause of the back pain to alleviate the issue, and restore your body`s natural homeostasis through Ayurvedic Nutrition and Lifestyle recommendations and/or herbal remedies if needed.
Any previous medical history, other current concerns, challenges, or health complaints would need to be discussed in your private initial Ayurvedic consultation with me.
I’ve been dealing with severe back pain recently. I’ve already tried chiropractic sessions, Swedish massage and self-massage but nothing worked. Do you think a yoga would help? If so, how many sessions are necessary to start noticing the results? Thanks in advance!
