I will do a hour session where I will help you to understand yourself on a biological level verses just knowing yourself as a body.
1st session will be biological understanding of yourself as an cell.
2nd session we will work from the discovery that we unlocked from your first session and every session from their will be your self discovery evolving itself as we go along.
You will become your own guidance system and I will help you stay committed to the reboot that will be automatically changing your circumstances as we go along.
You will learn the biology of self healing, self love, self worth, and self discovery on your own journey and your own personal understanding.
These sessions are universal and they touch on every area of life's issues. But mostly it is going within your genetic structure and clearing away past trauma's that you carry from within your DNA.
You will understand yourself as an biological being or as the creator of life verses life is just happeing.
The outcome of these sessions is permenent change in whatever area of your life you choose to reboot in the sessions.

How many times have we felt that so many things make sense and yes, we want to change a few habits..be a better person, reduce our anger, not repeat the same reactions, not fall into the same pattern…but we inevitably do? What is wrong with me? Why am I so weak? Why don’t I learn? These are the questions we beat ourselves about.
Would you be surprised if I tell you today, that this is human and that this is the most normal way to be? We cannot change simply by making up our mind to do so..there is something else at play as well… its called our cellular memories, our body instincts, our existing neuro pathways… and this is primarily why when you attend a good workshop or a motivational session or speech, you are all pumped up and positive immediately after that but that lasts only for short while and then you go back to your previous ways!
Aum is a concept devised to help you crack this vicious circle. hese are regular online or offline sessions that are conducted and everyday you are sent a short thought or para, followed by a questionnaire that you need to fill (only for yourselves – this is not shared with anyone) and a short 5-10 minutes meditation is attached with it. We have devised 30-60 day programs covering different aspects such as letting go, letting love flow, forgiveness, anger management, chakra balancing and cleansing, relationship release amongst others. You basically have to sign up for any of these programs and the material reaches you daily via WhatsApp or Email (whatever your preferred mode is). This is particularly useful for people who don’t have the time to attend full day workshops and courses, those who just want to sleep light everyday before retiring for the day, those who feel that life is a continuous journey and a daily dose of grounding and positivity only helps further.
