Private sessions are a great way to deepen your practice in a much more intimate and personalized setting. During our sessions, you will learn how to ground and work with your body so it is not working against you. Private sessions are great for beginner students, if you are looking for 1:1 support or rehabbing an injuring.

A spiritual coaching session can be whatever you want it to be. I will work with you to discover what it is you are seeking. We can discuss Pagan traditions and organizations, try to find what spiritual practices you might benefit from, discuss Pagan philosophy, or see what else you are curious about. I want to help modern Pagans form a stronger understanding of their faith and serve as a spiritual guide on their path.

I’m all about setting my clients up for success through simple (not always easy) tools and techniques for life.

This isn’t just me giving you a list it poses and saying good luck. It’s a very customized approach and plan to get you to a place where you can have a successful life changing yoga practice.
