I have studied the Austrian Expressionists, George Innes, Paula Modersohn-Becker, Pablo Picasso, Ludwig Kirschner, van Gogh and Gauguin, Toulouse Lautrec, Aristide Maillol, Arshille Gorky, Willem De Kooning, Cecily Brown, Cy Twombly, Georg Baselitz, William Blake, H.R. Giger, WW2 and the Cambodian holocaust, neuropsychology and the psychoanalytic theories of Sigmund Freud, Stanislav Grof, Carl Jung and Melanie Klein.
Currently pursuing more lifelong interest in the American Civil War, including the Cairo Ironclad Warship, and Custer Legend.

I offer a non-judgemental and collaborative approach to therapy. In the sessions we work with integrative psychotherapy, which is a short term therapy that takes about 5-15 sessions. It is an integrated approach that combines a number of therapy styles and techniques that allow flexibility and assures you with long term results. In the sessions we focus on your existing inner potentials so that you can find your solutions in yourself. We will combine the therapy with practical coaching to experiment with your new learnt communication skills.

My mentorship program is for those seeking a deeper confidence, appreciation, and joy for who they are. In our sessions, I utilize the breath, movement, gratitude rituals, journaling exercises, dance, mantra, prayer, mindset direction, dream manifestation, connection to source, and laughter. This program is best for those looking to overcome addictions, imposter syndrome, insecurities, procrastination and stagnation, and anxiety, while at the same time becoming the designer of their life, creating potential, connecting to purpose and faith, manifesting opportunities, and falling in love with themselves.

While it is very much goal-oriented, the process emphasizes the journey, not the destination. And while it is very healing and transformative, it’s not therapy. It is a co-creative endeavor where we build a foundation for you to live a more meaningful and purposeful life. We both become the teacher and we both are the student. At the end of our time together, you will love yourself fully and unconditionally.

My own safari has shown me that self-awareness, acceptance and appreciation have been the key to a life of well-being. It is an effective tool for dealing with stress in your everyday life and to find inner focus, peace and power.
