I noticed that I don’t know what to do with my life, I mean all that I can do now is studying and I don’t have time for my girlfriend, parents etc. Do you think work/life balance session will help me? Thanks.

**Live your own life reconnect to nourishing sourcesand free yourself of (un)conscious dysfunctional patterns **
Trauma can be inherited and passed down the generations. Oftentimes, especially with chronic issues, we are re-enacting issues or even trauma that aren't ours. These are issues that we can't seem to shake. That we can't seem to put our finger on. That we KNOW how to change but we keep relapsing into old patterns.
*You're feeling like you're a bad person. You can't understand where that came from; you're life is great. But: Your grandfather was in the war and he had to shoot people in order to survive. This was so traumatising for him, he wouldn't speak about it. He may have well passed it down to you.
You've been unsuccessful having a good relationship. It turns out, your great grandmother wasn't allowed to marry the man she loved for religious reasons. You may have well taken on the belief that true love and marital happiness is not allowed and not possible. *
We will be physically setting up of the elements in the room that are of interest in the family history. Like this, we can find ot what it is that stops you from being free and happy. The elements and their position relative to each other, in the form of coloured felts, allow us to sense into the energy of that person or thing. It gives us information about their meaning and message. As such we can tease out the dynamics, reconnect to sources of support and give back the burden that doesn't belong to us. By doing this, we honour our ancestor's suffering and their wish for us to be free from it. And you will feel relieved and lighter. You will notice an energy shift, making positive behaviour much easier and negative thoughts leaving you.
You don't need to bring your family. Even information that isn't known in the family (secrets) can be discovered like this. After the sessions, records and writings as well as interviews with grandmothers have often revealed the emerged story to have been true.
a session takes about 1.5 hours
Overeating and weight loss hypnotherapy will guide you to break the cycle of constantly dieting and feeling restricted. Sessions will help you feel positive and in control, more able to maintain a healthy weight long term. My approach focuses on disordered eating and your relationship with food.
Some clients come specifically to lose weight. However many recognise that it’s comfort eating when stressed, low or bored, that needs to be addressed. Often clients are facing challenges around emotional eating, overeating or binge eating.
From my experience, the vast majority of people do in fact know what healthy eating is. However, it’s portion control or making choices about what, when or how much to eat, which are the real challenges. During sessions for overeating or disordered eating, we address the underlying causes of why it is hard to eat in a balanced way.
Sessions are interactive and involve a number of approaches. These include solution focused weight loss hypnotherapy, neuro-linguistic programming (NLP), mindfulness based tools and aspects of cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT).
Please note that a block of four or six sessions is recommended.
Distance Reiki Healing is equally effective as an in-person treatment because energy healing works with the physical, emotional and mental aspects of an individual as it evaluates the recipient’s energy. My eyes are closed during a session as I tune in to you energetically and place myself at your location. Reiki is not limited by time or space and so you do not have to be physically present to receive the healing, allowing sessions to be conducted from anywhere to anyone, event or situation. Let’s get your immune system boosted and working at its optimum level, helping you destress and relax during these challenging times. Reiki works well for stress, when are people looking for a new path or to heal from an illness or trauma. Each session is conducted at a mutually convenient time when you can rest and relax for 45 minutes (minimum). I intuitively build a Crystal Grid based on what you need now, which enhances my energies and hence the session. Please send a photo of yourself and your location details (post/zip code)
Resilience can help us get through and overcome hardship. But resilience is not something we’re born with. It’s built over time as the experiences we have interact with our unique, individual genetic makeup. That’s why our individual responses to stress and adversity — like those from the COVID pandemic — can differ tremendously.
Hardships can be terrifying when you’re running away from them, and it can be so easy (almost natural) to feel ungrounded, fearful, or even paralyzed in the face of difficult emotions and life circumstances. But have you ever noticed that, the more you turn and face those fears, the more they lose their power? It’s like going on a camping trip and being terrified of the dark and the noises in the woods. The moment you shine a torch and look again, you realize there’s nothing to be afraid of.
The Mountain Meditation is a mindful visualization that is designed to cultivate stillness and calm, and to connect with our inner strength and stability in the face of internal and external challenges. It encourages us to seek inner stillness and peace in the face of everyday life and its challenges.
When it comes to meditation, mountains have a lot to teach. They have archetypal significance in all cultures: they are sacred places… they embody the contradictions of dread and harmony, harshness and majesty… they are the wombs of visions and revelations, where people have always sought spiritual guidance and renewal.
In this meditation practice, we borrow these wonderful archetypal qualities of mountains and use them to bolster our intentionality and resolve, to hold the moment with an elemental purity and simplicity. The mountain image, held in the mind's eye and in the body, can freshen up our memory of why we are sitting in the first place, and of what it truly means, each time we take our seat, to dwell in the realm of “pure being” and “non-doing.”
