Hi Michelle. Happiness must be cultivated. Start by noticing two or three things that went well every day and journaling about them and what you part you had in bringing them about or alternately how you can do more of that. The writing part is vital. Finding your purpose is a process of discovery and it can change. You can start by looking back at when you were at your best. What were you doing, who were you with? There are little clues in day to day life that can point is to what really lights us up. You have a light in there. I know you can find it.
