The word “Reiki” means “mysterious atmosphere, miraculous sign.” It comes from the Japanese words “rei,” meaning universal, and “ki,” meaning life energy.
Reiki is a type of energy healing. It is where energy can stagnate in the body where there has been physical injury or even emotional pain. In time, these energy blocks can cause illness. Energy medicine aims to help the flow of energy and remove blocks in a similar way to acupuncture or acupressure. Reiki improves the flow of energy around the body can enable relaxation, relieve pain, speed healing, and reduce other symptoms of illness.
My Sound Healing was learned in Native Aboriginal Lands of Australia Sound has an ancient kinship with meditation and healing. Sound healing has ancient roots in cultures all over the world, including Australian aboriginal tribes who used the didgeridoo as a sound healing instrument for over 40,000 years to ancient such as Tibetan or Himalayan singing bowl spiritual ceremonies. Sound meditation is a form of focused awareness type of meditation. One kind that has become more popular is called “sound baths,” which uses Tibetan singing bowls, quartz bowls, and bells to guide the listener. These practices highlight themes of how the experience of sound manifests not only through hearing but through tactile physical vibrations and frequencies.
Crystal Healing is amazing when used in addition to Reiki and Sound Healing..It is the placements of different Crystals on each chakra point on the body during the Reiki and Sound Healing. For each chakra there is a different crystal/stone that clears, energises, unblocks, calms and heals. it is truly amazing what the 3 therapies can do together!

The purpose of the 1-to-1 Meditation & Mindfulness Session is to learn how to meditate and experience a variety of meditation practices with the facilitator. Does your mind seem to have a mind of its own? Me too! The good news is we all have the ca-pacity to train the mind to be a bit more present and to also be a little bit kinder!
Mindfulness is not: • About clearing our minds or getting rid of all of our thoughts • Necessarily a relaxation exercise • A fix-all pill
Mindfulness is: • Taking a pause, slowing down, checking in with ourselves • Kindly returning our focus of attention to an anchor in the present moment such as the breath or body whenever the mind wanders (which it will!) • Noticing our whole experience just as it is in the present moment; practicing not grasping the pleasant and pushing away the unpleasant • A practice, which means it does take some practice!
Mindfulness meditation has been shown to support wellbeing by alleviating symptoms of stress, anxiety, depression, pain, and insomnia (just to name a few)!
By intentionally cultivating present-moment awareness we are able to change how we relate to our experiences, transform habits, and actually alter brain structures associated with stress!
