Group Hypnosis sessions are guided mediations that focus on breath and relaxation and are intended to heal different parts from building resilience in tough times, coping with change, boosting self confidence, alignment and harmony, smoking cessation, weight management, etc.
A typical hypnotherapy session starts with deep extended guided physical relaxation followed by mental relaxation to access the subconscious mind where true inner healing happens. U will leave each session feeling lighter and freer.
Reiki is a powerful healing method which has its roots set in Japan and Master Mikao Usui was the founder of this non invasive healing system.Rei means the higher power and Ki means the life force energy. This healing modality helps to release stagnant energies and allow the client to experience relaxation and restore balance to your mind and soul. Reiki can be used to assist with any situation.
The purpose of the 1-to-1 Mindfulness consultation session is to discuss where mindfulness best fits into your current lifestyle, to create a structured mindfulness plan, and provide you with resources to help facilitate your ongoing meditation practice. These sessions will also provide you with a the space to have a 1-to-1 ‘check-in’ with the facilitator, to explore any obstacles that arise with creating this new habit, and to answer any questions.

Mindfulness is not: • About clearing our minds or getting rid of all of our thoughts • Necessarily a relaxation exercise • A fix-all pill
Mindfulness is: • Taking a pause, slowing down, checking in with ourselves • Kindly returning our focus of attention to an anchor in the present moment such as the breath or body whenever the mind wanders (which it will!) • Noticing our whole experience just as it is in the present moment; practicing not grasping the pleasant and pushing away the unpleasant • A practice, which means it does take some practice!
Mindfulness meditation has been shown to support wellbeing by alleviating symptoms of stress, anxiety, depression, pain, and insomnia (just to name a few)!
By intentionally cultivating present-moment awareness we are able to change how we relate to our experiences, transform habits, and actually alter brain structures associated with stress!
