This “Out for the Season” Coaching program is for the student athlete who is suffering from an injury or illness that is keeping them from participating in their chosen sport for a season, or the majority of. The intention of this program is to take a small step back from our physicality and reconnect with our identity and passions in other aspects of our lives, identify and name our challenges from our injury/illness, and return to our sport with a newfound appreciation and mental strength for the full spectrum of athleticism. Keeping our focus on the future and moving forward, this program is not a replacement for psychotherapies or grief recovery, however it is a safe, compassionate place to bond over shared experiences and grow within a community that truly understands the complexities of injuries, setbacks, and the “Love of the Sport”.

Life Coaching is a CHANGE strategic methodology, and my passion is accompanying you from where you are to where you would like to be.
Changing is difficult but not impossible. You can learn, as in everything, but you have to have the need and the desire to change.
You could be facing an unplanned moment in life when you need to rethink or restructure your professional or personal path, or you might want to explore a creative process through effective innovative methodologies.
My coaching sessions are based on the fundamental techniques of coaching within the framework of neuroscience and the brain’s biology as well as on innovative methodologies such as Design Thinking, Creative Problem Solving and Lateral Thinking.
The sessions can be face-to-face or online and conducted in English, Spanish, French or Catalan.

Our minds can become what is called, “the monkey mind.” This is a mind that is busy, cluttered, and unable to have a clear focus on any one direction.We work together to uncover the core, root issues then systematically, through mindfulness bring the mind, body, and soul, to a place of clear thinking.
