In this 60-minute discovery session we will explore multiple areas of your life to understand where you are, where you want to be, and design a simple plan to help you navigate change with more clarity and confidence.

I will teach you how to make better decisions, and how to stop allowing fear, worry, and doubt to keep you stuck in procrastination.

Before this first meeting, I ask you to fill out an intake form to help me prepare for and make the best use of our time together. This first consultation includes a detailed assessment of your history and your family’s medical history, a review of body systems, and a lifestyle and dietary assessment. I will discuss my findings with you, my thought process for why you have the symptoms that you do, and how to remove the cause of the symptoms and get you feeling better. I make detailed recommendations to help your reach your goals and the level of health you desire.

Note: I am licensed to diagnose and treat disease only in California so I will be acting in a consulting capacity. It is recommended that you continue to consult with your licensed medical doctor for any medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment while seeing me as a client.

Initial consultation with Dr Shruti Seth entails a full in depth health history, examination, diganosis and treatment. Please highlight any areas of concern (e.g. Back pain, Migraine, etc). Preparation

Bring some music that you find relaxing to you.
Go to the bathroom before the session so that you can lie down
comfortably without the distraction of feeling the need to go to the toilet.
You can place gemstones and crystals on your body or around you. Trust that you will receive exactly what you need at that moment.
Use your favorite essential oil. Essential oils can raise our vibration and open the chakras for further healing.
