Myotherapy treatment involves a comprhesive physical assessment to work out the root cause of the issue and manually treat the problem with a combination of modalities which may include trigger point therapy, Dry Needling, Cupping Therapy, Joint Mobilisation and exercise prescription to help rehabilitate many different types of musculoskeletal conditions like disc issues, back pain, sciatica, headaches, neck pain, sports injuries and poor posture.

Your closest relationships can develop new levels of understanding, acceptance and support. Mothers, fathers, sons, daughters, husbands, wives, friends can all explore sharing, listening, boundaries and connections through shared yoga practice, reflection and dialogue. In a structured practice, partners find their own ways of being more present to the relationship.

Here is an overview of some of the topics that may be covered, depending on where you are on your career path. Each session is tailored to the individual's needs. Most clients see me 2-4 times, sometimes more, depending on the level of support they are seeking. My clients are always in charge of the number of sessions. I have been a career coach since 2000 and I currently charge $165 for 50 minutes.

The first session is an intake session which includes paperwork you will fill out before our session about your career. We will discuss your paperwork and work on a strategy for the following session which includes homework.
