Colon is responsible for eliminating the wastes and toxins from the body, and absorbing sodium (salt), water, nutrients and vitamins from indigestible food matter, in order to sustain the electrolyte balance of the body. However, at times, when it does not function in an appropriate manner, it starts absorbing certain wastes and toxins, thereby, leading to a number of health problems. If this problem is not cured as soon as it is diagnosed, it may lead to some serious diseases including kidney and liver ailments.

Intestinal blockage can occur as a result of eating unhealthy foods that are loaded with various preservative additives and other chemicals which, in turn, builds up mucus in the colon and produces toxins that can be poisonous for the body. However, with colon cleansing, we can dump these harmful contaminants easily.

Clyster or enemas can remove the colon to some extent, but these involve special equipment that is not only expensive, but can also cause injuries if used improperly. However, consuming 1 to 3 tablespoons of flaxseed flour a day for 3 weeks can work wonders. It helps cleanse out all the fecal deposits, mucus, and parasites. The flaxseed flour soaks up as well as removes the unwanted toxins from our body, and it also reduces the risk of cancer, heart disease, diabetes and stroke. In addition, it reduces the cholesterol levels and has a number of positive effects in regulating the lipid metabolism.

In nutshell, you can identify the blockage and build up in the intestine by the following symptoms:

Constipation, diarrhea, gas, fatigue, bloating

Headaches, loss of memory, vision problems

Burning sensation and infections in the upper gastrointestinal tract and respiratory tract

Weight gain, low energy, indigestion

Colitis, gastritis, duodenum, and stomach ulcer

Diseases of the urinary tract, pyelonephritis, cystitis

common cold, allergies, joint pains, chronic illnesses, and

Lipid metabolism disorders

Flax Seed Flour Treatment

Use this treatment and cleanse your intestine by including it in your breakfast for 3 weeks:

Week 1: 100 ml of kefir and 1 tablespoon of flaxseed flour

Week 2: 100 ml of kefir and 2 tablespoons of flaxseed flour

Week 3: 150 ml of kefir and 3 tablespoons of flaxseed flour

In case, flaxseed flour is not available at your local store, you can purchase some flaxseeds and crush them into a fine powder. Purchase or prepare only that much quantity of flaxseed flour as you need because it stales quickly. Make fresh every morning before breakfast. Apart from this, drink at least 2 liters of water every day.
