How to Conquer Performance Anxiety: A Guide for Performers

Everyone experiences stage fright at some point in their lives, but for performers, it can be a real showstopper. Artists of all kinds, whether they play an instrument, act, dance, or speak, can suffer from stage fright. The good news is that being nervous on stage is quite natural, and there are various methods available to help you get over it.   1. Identify and Acknowledge Your Fear
