Which is the most common psychiatric illnesses in INDIA? And the answer was DEPRESSION.
A mental health disorder characterised by persistently depressed mood or loss of interest and causing significant impairment in daily life. (sudden changes in mood , mood swings it’s a disorder).
You know what is the cause of depression?
It’s simple there are mainly two causes of depression.
1. Biological cause :- It is due to the dissbalance in chemical which present in our brain like Serotonin, Norepinephrine, Dopamine. And second cause is

Symptoms are like :- sadness, loss of interest , excessive guilt, physical weakness, loss of concentration, sleep abnormalities and suicidal thoughts. From my studies researches and personal experience if duration of symptoms are more than two weeks then we can say it is depression.
Always remember it is not always necessary that a person going through his bad phases of life will have depression. It can also affect normal person.
If someone is suffering from depression
don’t feel ashamed , stop feeling that you are weak ,and stop feeling guilty.
It is just an illness like any other illnesses.
so it can be like treated by counciling and some drugs li needed.
