LIIFT UnTherapy is designed to enable you to quickly improve all aspects of your life by healing emotional damage and removing toxic belief patterns obstructing the happiness and abundance you deserve. Then you and I install positive belief patterns that help you to live the happiest, most successful, most love-filled life you ever hoped to have.
Depending on the time requirement for each healing, you will receive between 6 and 16 healings during the session, which can last up to one hour or until the your subconscious says, "This is enough for the day!"

We will start the session with an explanation of LIIFT UnTherapy. We will then establish a numerical baseline showing the level of life dysfunction that you want to heal. We will then follow guidance from your subconscious mind to carry out 3 or 4 healings depending on the length of time each requires. (A full session can run 6 to 16 discrete healings.) We will close by checking how your numbers have improved compared with the baseline we established earlier.

In this service we will use Subliminal therapy and Sound healing as alternative to tradition cognitive behavioral therapy.
We are born with our thoughts. Do not be surprised, as thoughts precede us even before our senses work.
Human behavior consists of 3 major components associated with each other:
Acts: It is what is observed in humans with the naked eye, or by physical sensors.
Cognition: It is what is not observed with the human eye unless the person speaks to it in the event of verbal perception, which is the thoughts and perceptions that one carries with him in his mind.
Emotions: It is a short -term human feeling accompanied by an intense mental activity, and it cannot be described as logic or knowledge.
If your neighbor or colleague passes through you, and he didn't say hi to you, What will be your reaction towards it?
It depends on your awareness and not what his behavior is. If the thoughts you have at this moment are "he is an arrogant person, or, he looks at me with contempt", you will feel bad feelings towards him and the least that you will do is that you will intentionally ignore him all the next time.
But if the thoughts generated are "maybe he is preoccupied, or is going through difficult times", then your feelings will be changed towards him to attention and pity, and then your behavior will be changed.
While psychotherapy is concerned with chemical intervention to change feelings, the laws and regulations set by societies aim to control behavior. But behavioral cognitive therapy cares about changing awareness or thoughts, and here lies the problem.
Thoughts are old and rooted in the unconscious mind. They are the production of heredity, education and frequent experiences that make them like the inscriptions of the ancient people on stones, as they are our principles that we carry from one place to another and from time to time and from one state to another.
Subliminal therapy or Subliminal stimulation is how to transfer desired thoughts to the unconscious mind without passing through the natural senses of the human, so that these thoughts are not subject to rejection from the conscious mind.
Using subliminal therapy, we plant thoughts like "others love me for myself" or "I trust in those around me" into your subconscious mind directly, and with their repetition many times, these positive thoughts will remove negative thoughts about yourself or about others.
Day after day, you will find that your view about others has changed and that your feelings and your behavior towards them become better.
This was an example of the ability of subliminal therapy.
I helped many people who were able to make a change to their lives easily.
Some of them have improved their relationships with their families, others of them got rid of their fears, others overcame depression, and others have improved their mental, psychological and physical abilities as well.
Nothing is difficult to treat with subliminal therapy, especially if it is with the help of an expert.
In order for subliminal therapy to succeed, a plan must be set by the practitioner.
For example, how can an alcoholic be a lover of exercise and practice it?
Before planting loving cardio, he must have the desire to live a better life and to be in good health.
But this thought will not succeed without love for himself and trust in his abilities.
And before this also, he needs to be a hater for everything that harms him.
And this needs to be tolerant with himself and accepting his past and previous mistakes,
And so on.
Some offer what are called Subliminal bundles, How can I erase thoughts which are rooted in our conscience and minds and replace them with one in two weeks or two days? !!, something ridiculous.
They can make a change. I do not deny that, but it will be temporary and not permanent, such as using cosmetics. They will be removed in some time.
Likewise, the subliminal messages must be using your voice, your language, dialect, and using your own vocabulary, otherwise your subconscious mind will not accept it.
Interpersonal therapy (IPT) is an attachment-focused psychotherapy that centers on resolving interpersonal problems. It follows a highly structured and time-limited approach and is intended to be completed within 12–16 weeks. IPT is based on the principle that relationships and life events impact mood and that the reverse is also true.

Each person is different. Therefore, sessions are not the same following the first appointment, which is usually the 'what brought you here'. We go from there.
What to expect? The first appointment is the consultation, we will sit, maybe have some tea (virtually, we can still enjoy a cup of tea together as we talk).
Here, I will gather information and history in order to determine what your individual needs are.
If wanted, sessions can become regular depending on the individuals needs.

As stated in my profile I'm a Holistic Therapist with a Masters in Clinical Mental Health from Lesley University. I also have a masters from Dartmouth College and currently pursuing my PSY.D at Boston Graduate School of Psychoanalysis.
I’m patient centered and Rogerian focused, Holistically trained meaning, as stated before, but worth repeating, I’m all about working with individual as a whole and letting you lead the session. We go where you want to go. It’s all about connecting energetically (I think we can still attain this virtually) and being able to be present and aid you therapeutically. We can also work on self-modulating techniques like meditations or learning to give your body signals to self-regulate.
I also bring (if that is something you are interested in) a spiritual, more ancestral medicine to guide our sessions and can work with you in this manner. This can include shadow work that helps provide deeper insight. This can be working within the realm of addressing and aiding individuals to work through generational and ancestral trauma, along with analyzing dreams, all of which can lead to intense shadow work. In looking into the more unconscious and repetitive cycles at play in our lives, we can aid you in breaking any unhealthy cycling that maybe occurring, through this work, you get to the root of the problem.
Speaking of roots! I can also provide some tea recipes for more herbal remedies, if that is something of interested in.

Group therapy is a form of psychotherapy that involves therapists working with several people at the same time. Group therapy helps individuals develop communication skills and socialization skills, and allows clients to learn how to express their issues and accept criticism from others. Group therapy allows individuals to develop self-awareness by listening to others with similar issues.
Many problems of our present life have their roots from our childhood. Anytime we have a strong emotional reaction to something or somebody, that means that there are old unresolved issues at play.
It is also the Inner Child who feels anger, fear, and hopelessness in different situations in life. If there has been damage in childhood (trauma, shame, negative conditioning like regularly calling diminishing names etc.) the Inner Child is damaged and therefore, struggles to deal with life as Adult.
During the session traumatic feelings can be accessed and resolved forever.
Philosophical counseling is an alternative therapy in which the counselor and client examine the client’s reasoning about his or her problems. Often we live by unexamined assumptions that we are unaware of making. These assumptions can keep us stuck by preventing inquiry into alternative perspectives. Identifying and critically examining our assumptions can enable us to choose more consciously and live more confidently.
