With so much information, it is easy to get lost and hard to find the source you can trust. We decided to make a selection of 7 most credible experts who truly know much about Mediterranean diet and lifestyle and will guide you along the way.

1. Suzy Karadsheh

She calls herself the daughter of the Mediterranean and that is really so - Suzy was born on the coast of Egypt in a boat ride away from Italy, Greece, Turkey, Lebanon and Israel.
