The constant evolution of society is on rapid pace. This change has brought a lot of negative vibes in environment. When we think of society as personal perspective, we often get a negative view of it. Because sadly, in even 21st century, most of us become slaves of these societal norms.

Don’t believe me! You know it most of us are instructed to go school to get a good job and then get married and then have a family!!

What do you think why we do it. Though some consciously choose this path which is good. But most of us, due to societal pressures have to opt it.

In “Notes from Underground,” Fyodor Dostoevsky presents society as shallow and superficial, driven by conformity and superficial values, rather than true individuality and authenticity.

He argues that society’s emphasis on rationality and progress leads people to ignore their own emotional and irrational desires, which leads to a state of alienation and dissatisfaction.

And when we lose control on our emotions and irrational desires, we also ignore our ability achieve higher in our life. We start believing that “I don’t think I can achieve more in such unsupportive society!” and settle for mediocrity.

But what’s the solution.

Well, the solution is to ignore negativity in society. And inducing immence control on our own emotions.

By focusing on personal values and principles, rather than societal expectations.

This means setting personal goals and striving to live in accordance with one’s own values and beliefs, rather than conforming to societal norms and expectations.

Build genuine connections with others.

It means valuing quality over quantity in relationships and striving to form meaningful connections with family, friends, and community members. This can provide a sense of belonging and support in one’s life.

But what if parenets are part of that category? Try to detach them slowly but not permanently. (that’s quite offensive solution but staying around people who suck your energy is way more distorted)

It’s also important to have a positive attitude and mindset.

This means reframing negative thoughts, practicing gratitude, and focusing on the present moment. By having a positive attitude, one can improve their overall well-being and find happiness in their life.

Conclusion

Be open-minded and to not be afraid to question societal norms and expectations. One should be willing to consider different perspectives and ideas, and to be open to change.

Keep in mind It’s your life you get to have control on it.

Have Joyous Day💫🤞
