How: I start by teaching the proper stance which is also the proper alignment/ posture for every day living. Each individual move helps us embody further, forcing us to stay fully present to what we are doing. Moves that are more difficult point to energetic and physical blocks in the body which can be addressed in session.
I'll help you work through any tightness in the body by guiding you through a yummy, stretch session, personalized at your own pace. I utilize elements of dance, yoga, and breath work all together in order to give you an experience that will leave you feeling fresh and recharged! Make sure to have a big enough space for you to move comfortably.

The movement sequences will be carefully selected based on the individual developmental and health needs. They will be taught in clear steps (for a child usually with a caregiver) so they can be practiced regularly.
