During the initial consultation we will identify any challenging emotions or difficulties you are experiencing.
We will look to determine the root cause of the emotional disharmonies.
A combination of flower remedies will be selected to address the emotional state.
Bach flower remedies can help you feel more relaxed and in control, increased focus and concentration, bolster confidence, decrease frustration and irritability and other negative emotions.

A private consultation with Iosè Cocuzza, BFRP trained by the Bach Foundation, will help you find the combination of Bach Flower remedies that is right for you.

The first consultation generally is an hour in length, which includes a personalized Bach Flower Remedies mix ( US residents only ) and 1 follow up over the phone or email.

Bach Flower consultations are offered to all, from infants to the elderly and pets.
Clients can continue taking Bach Flower remedies as long as they feel they are helping.

After the initital BF consultation a personalized remedy mix is taken over the following 3 weeks.

After that time, a client may choose to come back for a follow-up session to review the remedies and to see if any additional remedy is required.
( follow-up remedy mix included - US residents only).

Follow ups consultations are 30-45 minutes long.
