At the start of the session, we will complete some intake questions, and clarify what you would like to achieve during the session and this will form the basis of the therapy.

Confidentiality
Anything discussed during your RTT session is entirely confidential.
24 hour follow-up
This is a check-in to make sure you can access your recording, are feeling positive and has not experienced any abreactions. I will encourage you to listen to your recording every day for at least 3 weeks and to be really positive about the changes ahead.
7-10 day follow-up
This gives you an opportunity to establish progress so far, and to provide encouragement to move forward and remind you of the importance of listening to your recording.
21 day follow-up
By now you should expect to be realizing amazing results and it is really useful to review your Intake form to remind yourself what you have achieved. I also know from experience that when my clients know I will be following up after 21 days, the find it much easier to stick to their committment to listen to their recording )
