Hippy Help! Beginner's Guide to Metaphysics and Healing

Have you always been interested in the world of metaphysics and healing but don’t know where to start? I am here to help! I know it can be overwhelming when you want to begin your journey in the world of metaphysical studies. You have so many questions: What’s a chakra? How do crystals work? What is a Tarot reading exactly? What the heck is Reiki? How do you meditate and why is it so hard? Have a one-on-one conversation with me and we can discuss how all of this stuff works! Trust me, we all have to start somewhere, and we all have to ask these questions at some point on our path to understanding. There are no stupid questions, so fire away! I am happy to give you a better understanding of any of the above or whatever metaphysical thing you may want to know more about. Whenever possible, I will try to give you some resources so that you can find more information and discover more about these things for yourself. Session can be done via video or phone.
