Shamanic Healing harnesses the power of the spirit world to facilitate healing.

To be Honest, it’s hard to explain shamanic healing to the modern day client. Shamanism is the most ancient form of healing when there were no Doctors, nurses, surgeons, pharmaceuticals etc. Illness then was seen as of spiritual in origin. So the only way to get well was to go and request spirits, gods and deities for help. Since most people were not qualified to make these ‘journeys’ to other realms, a shaman was the designated agent.

In modern day shamanic journey we first clear the space (and even if consultation is online, has the same effect—as we are all connected, same space and so on). We call all our spirit guides to come to us—including ancestors, animals, deities. We journey (or I journey for you) to the guides and ask for a ‘medicine’, a remedy, a source of the sickness, guidance. We may bring back a power animal (who is actually a spirit guide in animal form) for you to restore your lost power; we would cleanse your etheric body which actually may be holding negative feelings, beliefs causing the pattern of illness.

We cut cords with people, places, situations which are harming you**. All healing begins in your energy body which then transmutes into your physical. I may suggest some breathing exercises or mantras as self help.
