Hi, I have two suggestions that I use regularly. Create three goals for the day of what you want to accomplish and meditate while you envision completing your tasks. Mentally rehearsing is the key to being more confident and it’s very effective. The second suggestion is to write down your perfect ideal day…what it would look like, how you would spend time, how you would feel…and read that every day. Now you are ready to tackle your tasks, enjoy your hobbies, and BE AMAZING! Get into a regular practice of setting goals and intentions. I am cheering you on!
