This workshop is really useful to improve a team or group’s collective performance on any topic around sport and health psychology. Workshops will be as interactive as possible and can be for groups of any number over 2 people.

Mind Body Eating Coaching is an exciting and timely new approach developed by the Institute for the Psychology of Eating that provides the missing ingredient to nutrition. What we eat is half of the story of good nutrition. The other half of the story is who we are as eaters. Mind Body Nutrition is the psychophysiology of how our thoughts, feelings, beliefs, levels of stress and relaxation, our personal story and more profoundly impact our digestion, assimilation, calorie burning, and nutritional status. My approach is positive and empowering. I effectively address weight loss concerns, body image concerns, overeating, binge eating or emotional eating.

You will receive knowledge of your Animal Totem, as well as the presence of an Animal Spirit Guide, ideas of how to explore and fully realize your totem and guides and any intuitive messages that I pickup. You will be surprised by how these guides can assist you, and the character traits you may be taking for granted. I sit with a pen and paper as I write these messages down, listening for guidance on your behalf, I may have to periodically look up symbols I receive because that's just the way they communicate with me, they know I myself am skeptical so they will only give me a word and have me research, building my trust. It works just the same, I think it's funny actually.

Reiki energy can promote well-being and health by increasing the levels of life force energy in the body, mind and spirit.

Reiki sessions for adults and children

Reiki is wonderful for releasing stress and anxiety in both adults and children. Many people have found that by experiencing reiki sessions, their symptoms of anxiety, digestive disorders, insomnia, chronic stress were greatly reduced and some relieved after a few sessions of reiki. Some clients commented how calm and balanced they felt. Reiki is a very gentle loving energy that open you up and connects you more deeply to your spiritual and authentic self. It can assist you in opening up to your intuition and listen to your inner guidance and knowing.
