Reiki sessions are designed to support your nervous system and release tension and anxiety, whilst regenerating your system and helping to get to the root of blockages that are keeping you from feeling your best. The beauty of Reiki is that it activates the body’s own natural ability to heal itself.

Reiki treatments can be booked for 30, 60 or 75 minutes. Sessions take place in the relaxing comfort of my home therapy space, but they can also be conducted remotely if preferred (see Distance Reiki Treatments). ​
