Hypnotherapy is an extremely effective therapy that works directly with the subconscious mind. The subconscious mind is 90% of our mental potential. It controls our habits, unconscious thought processes, and manifestational power.
The subconscious mind acts like a giant recorder that stores everything. Any unpleasant thought, feeling, or experience is stored in the subconscious mind and can create pressure on the conscious mind in the form of negative or unpleasant thought patterns, stress, anxiety, fear, detrimental habits, addictions, etc. Addressing the issue on the subconscious level treats it directly and empowers you to consciously change your thought patterns and habits to support you in your life.
This is NOT a painful type of regressive therapy. The hypnotic state is a state of deep relaxation yet hyper awareness and is a very pleasant state of being similar to how you feel right before falling asleep or upon waking. Hypnotherapy is also extremely beneficial to control physical pain, improve one's sense of self, create positive change and to manifest what you want in your life and how you want to feel in your life.
