Known throughout the world for its sweet scent, the is actually a wonderful and natural anti-depressant, antiseptic, antispasmodic, expectorant, sedative, etc.

The best way to unleash this potential for your benefit is to use Jasmine Essential oil. The main components of are: Benzoic Acid, Benzaldehyde, Benzyl Acetate, Benzyl Alcohol, Indole, Benzyl Benzoate, Cis-3-Hexenyl Benzoate, Cis-Jasmone, Ceosol, Eugenol, Farnesol, Geraniol, Linalool, Methyl Anthranilate, P-Cresol, Nerol, Gamma Terpineol, Nerolidol, Isohytol, and Phytol.

To better understand why you should be using this essential oil daily, lets look at the top five conditions Jasmine essential oil has proven to be effective at treating:

Antidepressant: One of the most common uses for Jasmine essential oil is for relaxation and alleviating anxiety. And as it turns out, this is not simply due to its pleasing smell (which certainly does put a smile on your face). In fact, Jasmine essential oil has shown that it increase serotonin production, leading to more energy and a uplifted mood.

Antiseptic: contains potent natural ingredients like benzaldehyde, benzoic acid and benzyl benzoate. These naturally fight off infections, harmful bacteria and viruses both inside and outside of the body.

Expectorant: One of the most common ways ordinary viruses turn into infections is mucus buildup. When mucus builds up in our lungs, nasal, ear canals it creates a moist environment perfect for bacterial growth. That is why when we (and especially small children) start to suffer from muscle build up, you need to take action. As a substitute for commercial products, a natural and effective remedy is Jasmine essential oil. When inhaled and/or diffused inside your home or office it can penetrate inside your lungs and help reduce mucus build up.

Insomnia: Having trouble sleeping? Jasmine tea has been putting people to bed for generations. Try diffusing Jasmine essential oil before going to sleep. According the European Journal of Applied Physiology, Jasmine has sedative effects on both autonomic nervous functions and mood.

Improve Skin tone and elasticity: Jasmine is a common ingredient in beauty products. For increasing skin elasticity, try adding 5 drops of Jasmine essential oil and 5 drops of Lavender essential oil to 10ml of either coconut or Jojoba oil. For sensitive skin, or to treat dermatitis add 5 drops of Chamomile essential oil to the formula.

As you see there are several beneficial uses for Jasmine essential oil.

Safety First!

Make sure you are storing and using essential oils safely by following these guidelines:

  • Do not apply directly to the skin

  • Do not ingest

  • Keep away from children

  • Store in a cool, dark and dry place

  • Open and close the lid to your Jasmine essential oil rapidly as it will quickly evaporate when exposed to oxygen.

Winter wellness advice

This is a short consultation, intended to provide you with generalised advice that does not require the amount of information I typically gather during a 1-hour consultation.

I can provide advice around supporting your body to get through winter feeling strong, calm, uplifted and protected against sniffles. If you or your child has come down with something, I can provide more specific advice around herbal and nutritional approaches that may be of benefit to help you feel better sooner.

Natural transition

I am a nonbinary individual, and as such, I want to fall somewhere in the middle of male and female with my gender expression. This can be problematic for the medical system, as it views transition as either "ftm" or "mtf."

Likewise, seeking HRT or other gender affirming care can be expensive and inaccessible.

I'm here to provide you with the information you need to get around these barriers, naturally.

When you come to me as a client, rest assured you will receive:

  • Thorough research into the concerns you have
  • An empathetic listener
  • Fast turnaround of information (such as links, articles) or anything else you might need

With my help, you'll find more euphoria in yourself and the peace of mind that comes with using methods born from Mother Earth.

Please book only on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays!

Aromatherapy and Herbalism

When we are trying to grow a plant, it is important that the soil is moist and properly fertilized. When the roots are happy, the plant will flourish, producing fruit, flowers, oxygen and life! We can take the same approach to our own bodies. If our soil or living environment isn't habitable or the nutrients we are feeding ourselves aren't nourishing enough, we grow weak, unstable and sometimes it can lead to chronic conditions and disease.

This consultation will walk us through your medical history, diet, exercise and daily life so I can determine what areas we need to focus on. We will discover what kind of constitution you have as to identify which herbs and esscenses are the best fit for your body. We will then come up with a plan on how to overcome the issue or issues at hand.
