If you’re a smoker I’m sure you have heard of smokers cough, you may have even had bronchitis, which is aggravated by smoking. A specific cough is connected to bronchitis.

Ginger

Preparation:

Cook the water and sugar together. Include the onion cut in quarters and shredded ginger root. When the mixture boils add the turmeric, and reduce the heat to low.

You will need to cook until the mixture reduces by half, strain and keep it in a jar. When it cools totally store it in your refrigerator.

Take two tablespoons in the morning before you consume or beverage anything and at night, two hours after your supper.
